Docker installs ZeroMQ

Previously deployed an application. Only used Java8. Later, when the report is no jzmq find in the library path . Now is to install ZeroMQ and so on. I was not going to be ubuntu. Java8 has been included in the inside or from Ubuntu on the installation? Can you start from ubuntu mirror?
